We design highly customized leadership development programs for organizations and deliver them as virtual, hybrid or face-to-face workshops. Services for Organizations
We design and deliver customized leadership development programs for organizations. They are not a series of workshops. We create experiential learning journeys that allow each participant to internalize the learning and intentionally integrate it into their day-to-day work. Curriculum is co-created with the client organization after a series of interviews and needs analysis. Individual coaching sessions help each participant to work on relevant topics. A typical 6-month leadership development program includes:
- Start/end diagnostics for participants;
- Experiential group training sessions;
- One-on-one coaching;
- Project work.
Professional Development for Coaches
Coaches-to-be: We offer programs for people who want to become professional coaches and use the ICF model of coaching in their work. We offer open programs as well as in-house coach training programs for organizations.
