We design and deliver customized leadership development programs for organizations. They are not a series of workshops. We create experiential learning journeys that allow each participant to internalize the learning and intentionally integrate it into their day-to-day work. Curriculum is co-created with the client organization after a series of interviews and needs analysis. Individual coaching sessions help each participant to work on relevant topics. A typical 6-month leadership development program includes:
