My coach training philosophy is that each future coach has some superpowers, and we help them discover their strengths during the coach training. We want each coach to develop their own personal coaching style, which is ethical and allows their strengths to be utilized, and their personality to shine. Students’ voice matters, and we co-create together in and outside of class. We use coaching psychology and evidence-based coaching as a foundation and integrate other approaches to coaching and adult development. We value reflective practice and coaching supervision is an integral part of all our programs as well as alumni support.
