Luba Diasamidze PhD, PCC
I am an executive and team coach. I hold a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential with the ICF. I am a coach educator, mentor coach (CMC), and a coaching supervisor.
I have founded UpThink Coaching, because I am fascinated to see how resourceful people are, and how much they can achieve if they hear their inner wisdom and let it speak.
- I use coaching to assist emerging and established leaders to transform their leadership style and relationships with and within their teams. A lot of my clients are expats or lead global teams.
- I work with global and local teams that want to reach alignment, co-create team culture, embrace diversity and become more positive and more productive. My role is to help a team have a meaningful conversation they cannot have themselves.
- I design and deliver customized leadership development programs for organizations. No cookie-cutter solutions.
- I train, mentor and supervise coaches. I am delighted when they become competent and confident contributors to the industry and the society.
My clients come from a broad range of industries – education, entertainment, IT, manufacturing, automotive, GameDev, energy sector, retail, supply chain, pharmaceutical and biotech, finance, etc.
I am trained in intercultural communication, positive psychology, transactional analysis and mindfulness instruction. I am also trained in a range of assessments, including DiSC, VIA Strengths, EQ-i 2.0 (emotional intelligence) and GlobeSmart (intercultural coaching). I am a co-creator or IMPACT Team Diagnostic Assessment that we use at Global Impact Teams (GIT) to work with culturally diverse remote/hybrid teams.

In our programs we work with true professionals – practitioners who engage in ongoing professional development, value credentials and run their practice in an ethical way. We always look for ways to grow to provide our coaching clients and students with coaching/training solutions at the highest level.
Co-creating
No all-size-fits-all solutions. I partner with every client to identify their needs, goals, length of engagement, scope and structure of our work. Each individual client, team or organization is unique and deserves the approach that respects their needs, context, pace and vision. We create success together by being responsible for different parts of the change process.
Care
We believe in genuine care and personal touch. We spend time to get to know our clients and program participants, consider their interests and motivations, and try to create personalized experiences for them.
Integrity
We value ethical principles in work. Whatever you share in our sessions will always remain confidential.
Courage
We strive to create a safe space for our clients to open up and bring their authentic selves with all their strengths and stretches to our sessions and programs. It takes courage to be vulnerable and acknowledge some hard truths, and that’s how we grow. As a practitioner, I’m bringing my own authentic self to this space to make it safe for everyone.
