The course helped to clarify my career path. I knew that I wanted to do something with one-on-one consulting to help people but there are so many different paths that everything was a complete blur before. I now have significantly narrowed down a direction. Furthermore, the course completely opened my eyes about what coaching is about.

I’ve taken several online courses before, in my field of work. I was always bored during those lectures, and I never had a motivation to engage.

This is my first online course when I’m waiting for the class to start. It’s always interesting. I find out many things about myself, and about others. I just love it!

I knew why I wanted to do this, and I can already see the results in myself. Part of it is knowledge, and I also feel like I’m expanding in ways that I never imagined could happen in such a short time. Every time we do sessions, I really feel excited. I really feel alive. I really see this is something for me.

 

The program allowed me to see myself from a different perspective and understand others better. It was great to have a longer program, so that we can use what we learn at work and track our progress.

 

I found the program well-structured and giving lots of opportunities for practice. The EQ module was particularly helpful, and I started to use “I-statements” regularly in my communication.

I enjoyed the results our leadership team has demonstrated. My 6-month project focused on cost control. Improvements in alignment, coordination and communication helped us save around $40K USD by only reducing the number of samples our factories produced.

My approach to work changed a lot the program. I did not think about a strategic “big picture” before, never knew what it means exactly. Now I know how to use it to plan my department’s work.

I have developed a better awareness of my team and other stakeholders. My 6-month project focused on ways to optimize vendor system management. I have started to use active listening skills as well as persuasive communication skills, and we managed to reduce vendor onboarding time from 90 days to 45 days. In addition, our new vendor compliance system reached 95% implementation rate (from 600 factories). These are great results!
