Overview
Coaching is part of many leaders’ day-to-day responsibilities. However, many leaders that we work with admit that they could benefit from learning how to “coach properly” for a lasting change, instead of using a blend of coaching, mentoring, consulting and telling people what to do.
Our one-day “Leading with a Coaching Mindset” course has been specifically designed for leaders who want to learn the foundations of a coaching mindset and skill set, so that they can elevate and develop the people they lead.
