Leader as Coach Program

UpThink CCE Example

Overview

Coaching is part of many leaders’ day-to-day responsibilities. However, many leaders that we work with admit that they could benefit from learning how to “coach properly” for a lasting change, instead of using a blend of coaching, mentoring, consulting and telling people what to do.

Our one-day “Leading with a Coaching Mindset” course has been specifically designed for leaders who want to learn the foundations of a coaching mindset and skill set, so that they can elevate and develop the people they lead.

2025 Program Dates:

  • Offline (Guangzhou): February 22nd (Saturday), one full day. 9:30am – 5:30pm China time
  • Online: March 22nd and 23rd (Saturday and Sunday), two half-days. 9:30am – 1:00pm China time

The course is accredited for 7 ICF CCE units. A CCE certificate will be awarded to participants who attend the course in full.

ICF CCE certificates are recognized in over 140 countries and territories worldwide.
